Tired of outdated networks, dull conferences, and transactional interactions, we formed Elea as a new kind of community, designed to delight the senses and nourish the soul. We brought the best of experience design and hospitality together to serve a highly-curated collective of handpicked entrepreneurs, many of whom have formed, scaled, and sold businesses, but were searching for a way to make a broader, more meaningful impact. By forming a community that is intentionally intimate and capped at 150, we spark serendipity for our members —connecting them to each other, and their inner purpose while building things that matter with people we love.
