Elea Global Summit
Once a year, we convene our entire community for an unforgettable Summit. We talk through difficult professional challenges, and deeply personal obstacles. These conversations surface from disciplined experience design, uncommon serendipity, and the privilege of bringing together a truly unique gathering of remarkable individuals.
Leadership Offsites
Elea's 1-day regional offsites at member homes are hosted in collaboration with leading facilitators and exceptional company builders who help our members work through specific challenges and unlock new ways of thinking, being, and knowing as they build daring new ventures.
