Elea's is a philosophy that champions slow ways, honors friendship as a form of love, and gathering as a quest for honest truths.

The inaugural Elea Summit in Mexico City brought together 50 of our members & community for unforgettable connection.

The Inaugural Elea Summit unfolded against the backdrop of one of the most exciting cities in the world for art and architecture. We opened by shutting down the National Museum of Anthropology after dark. We talked about craft and philosophy and art and creativity. We tried corn grown in the volcanic ash of a dormant volcano. We hiked in the hills and rode ATVs and harvested honey with beekeepers. We laughed and cried and in all of it, we nourished our inner & outer lives with old friends and new.

An homage to the un-conference

Elea rejects tradition and departs from the status quo. Instead, our summits are re-imagined from the ground up. By avoiding traditional keynote speakers and panels in favor of small group discussions, we break through conventional boundaries that confine networks to the strictly professional and we honor the wisdom held by members in the community. We engage in heartfelt discussions about business, philosophy, craft, parenting, marriage, and death—cherishing the space we have together, discovering what we share in common, and what we can learn from our differences.

Each meal, drink, and table-setting was cut from the cloth of unreasonable hospitality. Elea takes meticulous attention to not just the curation of exceptional people, but to weave together the tapestry of a place. To set a table where everyone is full & everyone is welcome.
